Responsibilities

• Codes, tests, and debugs new software / applications or makes enhancements to existing software / applications and provide solutions using JIRA
• Front end and back end - admin functionalities.
• Implements specific features used in JIRA and Confluence.
• Will help in day-to-day monitoring.
• Helps with reporting incidents - day to day customer support as well.
• Work with JIRA to enable custom workflows, screens, fields and dashboards
• Monitor JIRA databases and copy data from PROD to TEST instance, when requested

Required Experience

• Jira in depth experience
• AWS Skills sets and Automation
• Confluence in depth experience
• Some Groovy and scripting knowledge.
